Worth Ross and Associates produces a series of newsletters called Your Managers' Report. This is available bi-monthly to share important issues regarding residential property management and developing national concerns on rental housing.

For owners, knowing what rental issues are at the forefront in legislation can assist you in making intelligent decisions about your investment when necessary.  Our newsletters contain important topics such as new mold issues, the many facets of Fair Housing, tenancy problems, pets, insurance, and more. A particular month of our newsletter may contain a topic that may require both front and back pages because of the depth of the content.

Normally our back page article is directed toward preventative maintenance issues. Examples of topics planned for the future are: lead base paint, asbestos, carbon monoxide, smoke alarms, and preventative measures. As an investor, you are aware maintenance plays a key role in effective property management. Our goal; to keep you informed on many of the latest real estate topics.
